How do i return an order?

We accept exchanges and refunds on online purchases.  

Return shipping is at the customers expense for exchanges and refunds. Reef will ship exchanges back to customers at no charge.

    Can almost count on reef

    Have been wearing reef slides for 20 years they never fail me. I am probably on my 12th pair and they are also the only slide my teenage son will wear.

    Size down

    Great sandels, super soft padded sole and look great too. Sizing based on US but fit more like the same uk size so would order a size down. Eg I ordered a us 11 based on usual fitting but us 10 would have been a better fit
